“I never liked going to the doctor. But with Dr. Freeman, it’s different. I look forward to my appointments. He listens and he cares. Regardless of whether I am going in for an annual checkup or a quick sick visit, he will spend as much time with you as you need. He has become a friend.”
Thank you for considering
ACM.
I believe my experiences over the past 25+ years as a primary care physician and health care leader have prepared me for this next chapter of my professional career. I have seen firsthand, at the physician-patient level and at the executive level, how medical care has changed. In response to various financial pressures, healthcare systems throughout our country have adapted their business models to reward volume over quality. Doctors are no longer rewarded for taking extra time with patients. This change occurred gradually, and for many years, I tried to balance creating and maintaining good relationships while striving to see as many patients as possible.
The advent of subscription-based care is a response by patients and physicians to the impersonal care that is becoming the norm. For patients wanting to participate in a concierge model practice, there are many variables to consider. The differentiating factors at ACM include Experience, Availability, Communication and Convenience.
My personable, unassuming affect blends well with a consistent drive to do what is best for my patients. Scheduling same-day appointments, getting back to patients with test results they are worried about, or simply being available when concerns arise are all second nature to me. In addition, as a private clinic, I have the ability to refer to the area's best specialists without concern for hospital affiliation.
All these factors are why I am confident that Access Concierge Medicine will exceed the standards set by other subscription-based practices in the state of Indiana.
I look forward to meeting with you and discussing how ACM can meet your primary care needs.
